Preside nt Christopher and the New Board will also share their plans for the new Rotary year. Christopher joined the Rotary Club of San Francisco in 2019 and is proud to serve as President for the 2022-2023 year! Previously\, h e served as the Vice President of Development and as the President-Elect. With Rotary International\, Christopher is a member of the LGBTQ+ Fellow ship as well as the Wine Appreciation Fellowship. Professionally\, he i s Director of Special Events and Engagement for the Glaucoma Research Fou ndation. Christopher has a degree in Politics from the University of San Francisco as well as the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation and Digital Event Strategist (DES) certificate. In December 2022\, he wi ll complete a certificate in Marketing Management and Brand Strategy from the Harvard Extension School. Christopher provides board-level support f or other organizations by serving as Vice President for Merola Opera Prog ram and as a board member for the San Francisco Opera Guild. Christopher is a marathoner\, loves travel\, and looks forward to connecting with eve ry member of the Club!
