The luncheon begins at 12 NOON and will include entertainment\, recognition of our members\, and raffle prizes. This is also our Annual Meeting\, where we will elect new Board members and confirm Alisha Marfatia as our 2027-20 28 Club President. Individual Registration Early Bird registration for $85 per person is available until 8:59 AM on Monday\, December 7\, 2026. Those who take advantage of the ea rly registration can select their meal of choice - chicken\, fish\, or veg an. All entrees are gluten-free and dairy-free\, but other courses may con tain gluten or dairy. Late registration for $100 begins at 9:00 AM on Mond ay\, December 7\, 2026 and will end at 12 noon on Monday\, December 14\, 2 026. Your meal selection will not be guaranteed. If you have additional di etary restrictions\, please contact Nancy Graydon. Tables of Ten Premium Tables are $1\,250 for ten seats. Premium tables will enjoy the best locat ion in the house. Purchasers of Premium Tables will be recognized at the r eception\, from the podium\, and in the program. Friendship Tables are $80 0 for ten seats. If you purchase a table for ten\, you will be contacted t o provide the names and meal choices of the guests seated at your table. A ll Table Sales close at 5 PM on Monday\, December 7\, 2026. Sponsorships Reception Sponsorships are available for $400. Reception Sponsors will be recognized with large signage at the reception\, in an announcement from t he podium\, and in the program. Individual Sponsorships are available for $50. Individual Sponsors will be recognized in the program. Sponsorships m ust be purchased by 5 PM on December 7\, 2026 to be recognized at this Eve nt. Raffle Prizes Each year we offer raffle prizes for our guests. The pr izes include gift cards or other items valued at $50 or more. There are tw o ways to donate toward these prizes: Purchase a gift card or the item of value yourself\, and bring it to the party. Please tell Nancy Graydon in a dvance (by December 7\, 2026) so that you can be recognized at the party. Donate money toward the purchase of a gift card in $50 increments.
