DESCRIPTION:Every year\, the Rotary Club of San Francisco proudly honors th
 e outstanding men and women who keep our City safe—the heroes of the Fir
 e Department\, Police Department\, Sheriff’s Office\, Coast Guard\, and 
 Paramedics. This special day is all about recognizing acts of heroism and 
 exceptional service in moments of urgent need. Our Honorees\, selected by 
 their Department Leaders\, will be celebrated in a lively public forum. Yo
 u'll be in the company of fellow Rotarians\, the families of our brave gua
 rdians\, department leadership\, and many of the City's notable figures. C
 ome and be moved by their incredible stories\, show your appreciation for 
 our local heroes\, and enjoy a delightful lunch as you mingle with some of
  San Francisco's finest. This is one of the most anticipated luncheons of 
 the Rotary year—don't miss out! When: Tuesday\, October 22\, 2024 from 
 11:15 AM to 2 PM. Where: Emergency Services Day 2024 will be held in the G
 rand Ballroom on the third floor of the Hotel Nikko. Schedule: Doors open
  at 11:15 AM. Meet and greet the Honorees\, guests\, and fellow Rotarians.
  The program commences at 12:15 PM when lunch will be served.   Registrat
 ion  Honorees and two guests attend for free. Please contact Dora Dye t
 o register. The charge for Club members\, visiting Rotarians\, additional 
 guests for each Honoree\, and the general public is $85 until 11:59 AM on 
 Friday\, October 18\, 2024. The meeting cost increases to $100 at noon and
  beyond on October 18\, 2024 and includes any walk-ins on Tuesday\, Octobe
