DESCRIPTION:District Governor Laine Hendricks will talk about how this year
 's Rotary International theme\, Create Hope in the World\, impacts our Dis
 trict and our Club. Raised in a family fueled by volunteerism\, Laine orig
 inally joined the Rotary Club of Fresno (District 5230) in 2007 and transf
 erred to the Rotary Club of San Francisco (District 5150) in 2010. She was
  our 2014-2015 Club President and has served District 5150 as an Assistant
  Governor\, Public Image Chair\, and Chief of Staff. In addition\, Laine h
 as served on the Far West President-Elect Training Seminar (PETS) team sin
 ce 2017\, supporting training of incoming Rotary club presidents across No
 rthern California and Nevada. She will chair Far West PETS in 2026. Laine
 ’s “day job” is Communications Director for the County of Marin\, wh
 ere she is responsible for coordinating crisis communications\, media rela
 tions\, advertising\, community outreach\, and more. Laine has been a publ
 ic relations professional for almost 20 years. This is a regular membershi
 p meeting of the Rotary Club of San Francisco\, open to all Rotarians\, vi
 siting Rotarians\, prospective members\, and guests. Meeting Schedule:   1

  on the Friday before our Tuesday meeting\, we will be billed for that cou
 nt regardless of whether you show or not.  For attendance via Zoom: For 
 those who wish to participate via Zoom\, there is a $10 fee to attend. Par
