DESCRIPTION:Members of the Rotary Club of San Francisco are invited to cele
 brate Passover with a traditional evening Seder at the home of a friend of
  our Club located in St. Francis Woods. As we learned last year at our Sed
 er luncheon\, Passover is one of the most widely-celebrated rituals in Jud
 aism. The Seder is a retelling of the story of how the Jews were liberated
  from slavery in ancient Egypt and a reminder of our obligation to build a
  better world for everyone. In other words\, Service above Self. Our host
 ess keeps a strictly Kosher home\, fully observing all of the dietary rule
 s followed by observant Jews\, including special rules for the eight-day P
 assover holiday (April 5 to April 13 in 2023). The menu will offer foods t
 raditional enjoyed by Jewish families at Passover Seders\, featuring fish\
 , beef\, and chicken. The only gluten at the meal will be in the matzo. We
  cannot offer a vegetarian or vegan option. The dress is business casual. 
 Because space is limited\, this event is open only to Club members. No gu
 ests. More information\, including the location\, will be provided to all
