Hello! It’s fall, and once again, it’s that time of year . . . EREY is back!! EREY stands for Every Rotarian Every Year. This fundraising campaign raises Annual Fund-SHARE and such funds get split between World Fund (international projects) and District Designated Funds (local projects) as well as a small allocation that’s set aside for light but necessary administration.
Please read on for the details, but keep in mind that you also might receive some funds as a prize too . . . up to $2,000!
How It Works
For every $25 donation to the TRF Annual Fund-SHARE, you’ll receive one entry into a drawing. Donate $250 or more to receive 10 entries. Donations of all amounts are welcome and appreciated!
There are no physical tickets. All entries will be logged on an EREY inventory worksheet (through October 30, 2026), and a random number generator will be used to select winners.
One of our Club's partners in the community is the Salvation Army. I invite you to either support or participate in the following opportunities:
Salvation Army Culinary Training Academy Chef Timothy Tucker (who has been approved to join our Club) and the Salvation Army's Culinary Training Program are hosting a Monster Smash Burger fundraiser and an opportunity to meet the student chefs on Thursday, October 29, 2026 from 5 PM to 8 PM at the Salvation Army Kitchens, 850 Harrison Street, San Francisco, CA 94107. Tickets are $100 and can be paid at the door. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Culinary Training Academy.
Past President Bob Hermann, Jr. (Information Technology: Administration | Retired) called the meeting to order and welcomed all on Zoom and in person to the October 13, 2026 luncheon.

Join fellow Rotarians, SFSU Climate HQ, and Save The Bay for a morning of hands-on habitat restoration at Ravenswood Nursery in Menlo Park. All ages and abilities welcome — all tools provided, no experience needed! Come make a difference for our environment and community.
Join us for our Club's next BUSINESS NETWORKING meeting when we will share productive and fun networking. Registration and payment in advance are required.

Come and join us for our Rotary Club's Annual Friendsgiving! As we head towards the holidays, let's get together to celebrate the moments we are grateful for and the wonderful community around us. Join us to build grocery boxes for seniors, sort donations, and perform other various tasks as needed. The Food Bank continues to need your helping hands. Registration is limited to 9 volunteers; so register early!
The YMCA and the Rotary Club of San Francisco will work together to help children keep their bicycles safe, working, and ready to ride! Join us to check brakes, tires, chains, seats, and other basic components while teaching children simple bike-maintenance skills. No expert experience is required — just a willingness to help, learn, and have fun!
It's time for one of our most popular service projects — Thanksgiving at The Arc San Francisco! In the spirit of giving thanks, Rotarians will gather to provide a Thanksgiving feast for participants at The Arc SF. Many hands are needed to either prep, serve, or be on the clean-up team; please sign up to help. This is the only Thanksgiving celebration for many of the people we serve that day. And they are most appreciative.
