In the Rotary calendar, April is Environmental Month, aligning with Rotary's seventh area of focus — protecting the environment. You are invited to the Epic Day of Service to do a beach clean-up. Emergency Services Day has been one of our Club’s signature events for 39 years. It is our opportunity to honor the San Francisco Police Department, the San Francisco Fire Department, the San Francisco Sheriff’s Office, and the Coast Guard and thank them for their dedication and service in our City. Come and celebrate this year's Honorees. Hear their full story of courage, strength, and leadership.
Stephen DeLay, vice president and regional executive for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, will talk about the Federal Reserve's role in fighting inflation and maintaining full employment.
Interested in leading a team at the Bike Build? Attend a training session led by Matt Dove of Ybike to learn how the Retrospec Chatham bike is built. Matt will lead the quality control of all bikes produced at the Bike Build.
Join us at one or both shifts to work with the students in the Salvation Army Culinary Academy at the Central Kitchen to prepare food and box lunches for the Bike Build. Each day requires a three-hour shift and up to five volunteers.
Join us for our Club's NEXT EVENING MEETING where we will conduct some Club business, have dinner, and enjoy Rotary fellowship. There is no charge to attend this meeting, but each attendee pays individually for food and beverages ordered at MoMo's. Please register yourself and your guests so that we can plan the space.
Come and enjoy the fun at our 16th Annual Bike Build event! We'll be assembling 130 brand new bikes for distribution to kids in Kindergarten through 4th grade in the Bayview Area of San Francisco. Rotarians, Rotaractors, Interactors, partner organizations, friends, and family are all welcome.
On Emergency Services Day, the Rotary Club of San Francisco honors the outstanding men and women who keep our City safe — the heroes of the Fire Department, Police Department, Sheriff’s Office, Coast Guard, and Paramedics. Come and be moved by their incredible stories, show your appreciation for our local heroes, and enjoy a delightful evening as you mingle with some of San Francisco's finest. This is one of the most anticipated events of the Rotary year — don't miss out!

The annual District Conference where clubs in the District come together to celebrate the year's accomplishments under the leadership of District Governor Mitone Griffiths will be held on May 2, 2026 at the Westin San Francisco Airport Hotel in Millbrae. Among the traditional events will be Rotary Club Excellence awards and the traditional Governors’ “Passing of the Pick”! All members are encouraged to attend.

On this same evening, the San Francisco Giants will host Korean Heritage Night to celebrate the Korean community and culture. Immediately after this game will be fireworks. Join us at the Oakland Greek Festival to enjoy Greek customs, food, wine, music, dance, and tour The Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Ascension with fellow Rotarians and friends. Past District 5150 Governor and Past President of our Club Peter Lagarias will be the host and guide for this event. All are welcome.
