40th Annual Dick Linkey Rotary Ski Challege
hosted by Rotary Club of Tahoe City
Dubbed the world's largest gathering of skiing Rotarians, the Dick Linkey annual Ski Challenge brings together skiing and snowboarding Rotarians from around Northern California. Its a day of fellowship, fun and friendly competition. Proceeds from the event benefit the Rotary Club of Tahoe City's foundation.
The official race will take place on a sanctioned race course at Northstar, and each racer will be allowed two runs to clock establish their time. There are awards for the top 3 racer in various categories, including age groups, male/female, a special snowboard category, etc. In addition, the top (and slowest) Rotarian teams will receive a special team award.
Rotarians, spouses/partners and children 13 years old and older are welcome to attend.

Rotary Club of San Francisco has participated in the past, and we hope to field a team for 2016 (we invite District 5150 Rotarians to join our team, if interested). If you are interested in participating, please RSVP using the Clubrunner links above. Laine Hendricks will follow-up with you to complete your team registration, etc. Team paperwork must be submitted by March 1, so the deadline to indicate interest (and begin the paperwork process) is Friday, February 19th.
