Action Leadership Program with Students (ALPS) is looking for new leadership coaches! Last school year, ALPS supported 12 unique youth-led community impact projects. Currently, we are halfway through the school year, and we have already supported 12 projects! Programs are growing quickly, and our capacity is largely limited by the number of leadership coaches available.

If you’ve wanted to make a personal, positive impact in the community and help cultivate ‘service above self’ leaders, becoming an ALPS leadership coach might be for you!

Coaches do not need experience working with youth, but do need an open mind and an attitude of mutual learning. Training and guidance will be provided. Candidates will need to commit 2-3 hours per week to planning and coaching for the duration of the youth-led project.

Coaches do not need to be Rotarians. If you would like to be a coach OR if you know someone whom you think might be a good coach, please reach out to Harmony Ma. Or, check out @alpsrotary on Instagram to see what’s been going on with our students.
