Note: Normally, there is no Board meeting in the month of December. This special meeting was called to approve two items so that these items could move forward immediately.
Rotary Club of San Francisco
President Frank Yoke called the meeting via Zoom to order at 4:02 p.m. on December 17, 2025. Secretary Dora Dye recorded the minutes. In attendance were Gary Dales, Ann Daugherty, Dora Dye, Bob Hermann, Tim Hornbecker, Margaret Miley, Maureen O’Shea, Darlene Wilson, Ozan Yasavur, and President Frank Yoke, constituting a quorum. Absent were Stephen Geisheker, Stellie Kim, Wendy Shew, and Hana Xu Wang.
Membership
Vice President Margaret Miley proposed Aurelio Lioi for membership. The Board approved Aurelio Lioi for membership.
2026 Emergency Services Day Budget
The Board approved the proposed budget for the 2026 Emergency Services Day to be held in the evening on April 23, 2026.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:54 p.m.
