New Paul Harris Fellow
Paul Harris (1868-1947) founded the first Rotary Club in Chicago in 1905, hoping to bring some of what he treasured from his rural Vermont upbringing to the big city. Rotary would not exist without his vision of a group of business professionals who helped each other by helping others. For each $1,000 donated to The Rotary Foundation, a person can become a Paul Harris Fellow. Our Club was proud to award a Paul Harris Fellowship + 7 to Past President Harold Hoogasian (Retail: Florist | Hoogasian Flowers).

Harold joined our Club in July 1988 and served as our Club President in 2001-2002 and as District 5150 Community Service Chair in 2004-2005. Past President Harold's passion is the Rotary Meadow project that has been funded by our Club since 2004. He is known for generously providing elegant floral arrangements for Club events. In 2015, Past President Harold was the sponsor for our current President Frank Yoke when Frank joined our Club. Thank you, Past President Harold, and congratulations!
