Guest SpeakerDan Joraanstad introduced today's speaker - Ann Killion. Ann's father was a big Giants Fan, but Ann rooted for the A's as a child. Ann has covered Bay Area sports for more than a quarter of a century and is an award-winning columnist. She believes that "sports are a mirror of society, reflecting threads of racism, sexism, and economic disparity". And while sports are a constant to keep our communities together, Ann is fascinated with the ever changing realism and never knows what she will be covering.
President-Elect Sunny thanked Ann Killion and announced that 100 children would be inoculated against polio in her name.
