31 Rotarians and guests gathered at the Academy of Art building on Van Ness Avenue to watch the Los Angeles Rams walk off with the big Super Bowl prize. Our Pool was full of action as well with Peter Logan winning one Paul Harris and Wendy Ross winning three Paul Harris Fellows plus an autographed football. The effort raised $7,500 of which one half will go to the San Francisco Rotary Foundation and the other half to The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International.
The room was filled with "go!", hmmms, whoops and "Did you see that?" The decibels were louder than the amped up announcers. Each participant brought something to eat, which was fun, and Ann Daugherty’s rhubarb pie seemed to be taking the cake. A good time was had by all!
