Club Members La Carre Ivy and Kayla Trunecek volunteered at the baby shower for Spanish speakers at the Homeless Prenatal Program on March 19, 2025. Both helped by serving food to the participants at the shower and coordinating the raffle. Kayla delivered a heartfelt speech in Spanish on behalf of the Rotary Club of San Francisco and sent warm wishes to each mother-to-be, father, family members, and the newborn.
Club Members Mary Gorski and Carrie Schucker volunteered at the baby shower for English speakers later that same day. Carrie helped with the food, and Mary distributed baby supplies, including children's books and personal toiletries.
This event is part of our ongoing commitment to support HPP. In addition to volunteering at the baby showers, Rotarians also assemble and distribute diaper bags filled with essential items for new parents. We are proud to be part of this meaningful initiative, providing care and support to families in need.
