On a rainy Friday night, almost 20 Club members and 8 guests gathered at the home of Margaret Miley to celebrate Friendsgiving. Among the guests was Alexander Kuch who is a Visiting Rotarian from New Zealand. Alexander was in San Francisco to attend the APEC conference.
Everyone brought a dish or two to share, filling up almost two rooms in Margaret's place with great food. Thank you, Margaret, for hosting. We are all thankful to be part of a great Rotary Club and among such good friends.

Help us build connections and memories through a holiday celebration. We are looking for volunteers to help cook, serve, wrap presents, and engage with clients at the annual Holiday Party of St. Joseph's Family Center. It is a wonderful, festive occasion to provide families with an opportunity to come together and enjoy the holiday season.
We are not meeting on December 19 and December 26. In addition, Grindings will not be published on December 26, 2023 but publication will resume on January 2, 2024.
We wish you good health and all the best during the holidays and throughout the new year.
