You won’t want to miss this year’s Holiday Party and Annual Meeting on Tuesday, December 12th. Social hour begins at 11:00 AM at the Hotel Nikko followed by lunch at noon and a dessert reception from 1:30 to 2 PM. This year we will meet and party in the Golden Gate Ballroom on the 25th floor. Guests can look forward to door prizes, a Photo Booth, entertainment, and a variety of party giveaways. Wild and fun holiday dress is encouraged . . . and there will be prizes for the winning costume(s)!
In addition to fun and fellowship, the Club will also elect new Board members for 2024-2025 and confirm Bob Hermann as our next Club President.
Toy Drive: We ask that every guest bring an unwrapped toy to donate to our new Rotary partner, Family House, with hopes of making the holidays a little brighter for convalescent children and their families.
Register before December 6th to take advantage of our Early Bird price of $75 per person. Individual tickets will increase to $90 starting 5 PM on December 6. Tables for 10 guests cost only $750 as long as supplies last. Don't wait; reserve your spot right away. There’s no better way to kick off all the holidays ahead.

A three-course lunch will be served with wine. Please select your meal choice when registering for this event.
NO WALK-INS ACCEPTED. Select one of the following registration options by the specified deadline:
- Table: Cost is $750 for a table of 10. Purchase must be made before December 8, 2023. Please identify the guests at your table at registration. Click here to purchase Table option.
- Early Registration for Individuals: Cost is $75 for each person. The price goes up to $90 starting 5 PM on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. Click here to purchase individual tickets.
Please note that registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee.
Parking: If you are driving to the Hotel Nikko for this event, please check with the Hotel for parking rates or visit maps.google.com for nearby parking garages.
