Join us for a special one-time episode of our own version of Antiques Road Show!
The festivities begin at 11:00AM. All members are encouraged to bring treasured items and meet with our speaker before lunch so he can appraise all of our treasures and select several to weave into his presentation.
Our speaker, Deric Torres, Vice President and Director of Furniture and Decorative Arts at Clars Auction Gallery, is an accredited appraiser with nearly 25 years of experience representing high level private collectors and institutions. Although his focus is on California-related items, his areas of specialty are:
- American and European Furniture
- Early California Art
- American Ceramics, Porcelain and Glass.
- Historic California related gold rush items
- 20th-21st Century Design, (Art Nouveau, Arts & Crafts, Art Deco, Modernist and Contemporary movements), including American Studio Furniture such as George Nakashima.
This special luncheon is sure to be great fun for everyone!

This is a weekly membership meeting for The Rotary Club of San Francisco, open to all Rotarians, visiting Rotarians, prospective members and guests.
Each luncheon meeting includes three-course lunch from Scala's Bistro. Individual lunch tickets are $40, or purchase a book of four tickets for the discounted price of $145. Cash, check and credit card payment options available. Tickets available for purchase at the door.
