Emergency Services Day 2024

Every year, the Rotary Club of San Francisco proudly honors the outstanding men and women who keep our City safe—the heroes of the Fire Department, Police Department, Sheriff’s Office, Coast Guard, and Paramedics.

This special day is all about recognizing acts of heroism and exceptional service in moments of urgent need. Our Honorees, selected by their Department Leaders, will be celebrated in a lively public forum. You'll be in the company of fellow Rotarians, the families of our brave guardians, department leadership, and many of the City's notable figures.

Come and be moved by their incredible stories, show your appreciation for our local heroes, and enjoy a delightful lunch as you mingle with some of San Francisco's finest. This is one of the most anticipated luncheons of the Rotary year—don't miss out!

When: Tuesday, October 22, 2024 from 11:15 AM to 2 PM.

Where: Emergency Services Day 2024 will be held in the Grand Ballroom on the third floor of the Hotel Nikko.

Schedule: Doors open at 11:15 AM. Meet and greet the Honorees, guests, and fellow Rotarians. The program commences at 12:15 PM when lunch will be served.

Registration 

• Honorees and two guests attend for free. Please contact Dora Dye to register.
• The charge for Club members, visiting Rotarians, additional guests for each Honoree, and the general public is $85 until 11:59 AM on Friday, October 18, 2024. The meeting cost increases to $100 at noon and beyond on October 18, 2024 and includes any walk-ins on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. Click here to register to attend.

Our Club is accepting sponsorships for this special event. Please click here to sponsor the heroes whom we are honoring. All sponsors will be recognized at the event. The deadline for sponsorships is 11:59 PM PDT on Friday, October 18, 2024.

This event is in person only. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee. If you are transfering your tickets, please contact Dora Dye to update the registration.
