Join us for this year’s Holiday Party and Annual Meeting at the Westin St. Francis Hotel on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. This special event of the Rotary Club of San Francisco is open to all Club members, visiting Rotarians, prospective members, guests, and family members.
The festivities begin at 11:00 AM with a champagne reception, photo booth, fellowship, and more!
The luncheon begins at 12 NOON and will include entertainment, recognition of our members, and raffle prizes. This is also our Annual Meeting, where we will elect new Board members and confirm Ozan Yasavur as our 2026-2027 Club President.

- Early Bird registration for $85 per person is available until 8:59 AM on Monday, December 8, 2025. Those who take advantage of the early registration can select their meal of choice - chicken, fish, or vegan. All entrees are gluten-free and dairy-free, but other courses may contain gluten or dairy.
- Late registration for $99 begins at 9:00 AM on Monday, December 8, 2025 and will end at 12 noon on Monday, December 15, 2025. Your meal selection will not be guaranteed.

- Premium Tables are $1,250 for ten seats. Premium tables will enjoy the best location in the house. Purchasers of Premium Tables will be recognized at the reception, from the podium, and in the program.
- Friendship Tables are $800 for ten seats.
- If you purchase a table for ten, you will be contacted to provide the names and meal choices of the guests seated at your table.
- All Table Sales close at 5 PM on Monday, December 8, 2025.
- Reception Sponsorships are available for $400. Reception Sponsors will be recognized with large signage at the reception, in an announcement from the podium, and in the program.
- Individual Sponsorships are available for $50. Individual Sponsors will be recognized in the program.
- Sponsorships must be purchased by 5 PM on December 8, 2025 to be recognized at this Event.

- Each year we offer raffle prizes for our guests. The prizes include gift cards or other items valued at $50 or more. There are two ways to donate toward these prizes:
- Purchase a gift card or the item of value yourself, and bring it to the party. Please tell Stacey Poole in advance so that you can be recognized at the party.
- Donate money toward the purchase of a gift card in $100 increments. We will purchase the gift card and recognize you at the party.

The San Francisco firefighters will be collecting toys. Please consider bringing a new, unwrapped toy to make the holidays special for children. Gifts for teens are especially appreciated.
Those who wish to spend the night at the Westin St. Francis Hotel will have access to a special rate on December 15 and 16, 2025 at the Westin St. Francis Hotel. Click here for the special rate.

Individual registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee until December 12, 2025. Sponsorships and tables for ten are not refundable.
Parking: If you are driving to the Westin St. Francis Hotel for this event, please check with the Hotel for parking rates or visit maps.google.com for nearby parking garages.
Public Transportation: The Westin St. Francis is on Union Square, which is served by MUNI lines and is a short walk from BART.
Accessibility: The Westin St. Francis Hotel offers accessible entrances, accommodations, restaurants, meeting spaces, and facilities so that every guest enjoys a comfortable visit.
