Bill LiebermanJoin us on a fascinating journey of discovery. Our featured speaker, Bill Lieberman, will illustrate the surprising historical and geopolitical forces shaping the current reality of some countries driving on the left and others driving on the right along with the engineering solutions taking place at transition points.

Bill Lieberman was a transportation planner for some 55 years before retiring in 2022. His focus was on public transit. He was a principal planner at several transit systems as well as planning director for the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA). He worked at several consulting firms, most recently Jacobs Engineering and CHS Consulting Group. His presentation is the result of research he completed since his retirement.
