ROTARY LUNCHEON: Club Assembly

Join President Frank Yoke and members of our Board at our 2025-2026 Club Assembly as we look at the road ahead. Our Club remains one of the top Rotary clubs in the world after 118 years and continues to make a difference in the world. Your assistance is needed so that the momentum will keep going. Now, we need your input and help! 

This year, one of the key objectives that President Frank would like to encourage will be more engagement with the wonderful activities of the Rotary Club of San Francisco.  More participation from more members creates a greater impact locally and around the globe.

The Club Assembly will be an important step in our planning this year. Please think about what worked, what didn’t work, what we can do differently to make our Club the best it can be, and how you can help. At the Club Assembly, members will learn about the recent survey results and have the opportunity to share their ideas and feedback with the Club's leadership. This will also be an opportunity to find out more about the plans of each committee. Come and join us!

For in-person attendees: We welcome all attendees! The in-person registration cost for all adults and children is $45 until 11:59 AM on Friday, September 5, 2025. The meeting cost increases to $60 at noon and beyond on September 5, 2025 and includes any walk-ins on Tuesday, September 9.

The Hotel Nikko holds us to the headcount that we submit on Friday at noon, prior to our Tuesday meeting, whether those registered attend or not. In Rotary spirit, thanks for helping us to maintain a good relationship with our host hotel. 

For attendance via Zoom: For those who wish to participate via Zoom, there is a $15 fee to attend.

Accessibility: Hotel Nikko San Francisco offers accessible entrances, accommodations, restaurants, meeting spaces, and facilities so that every guest enjoys a comfortable visit.

Parking: If you are driving to the Hotel Nikko for this meeting, please leave your car with the Hotel Nikko valet. Pick up a validation sticker available at our check-in table. The discounted parking is $25 for three hours.
