ROTARY LUNCHEON: President Frank Yoke and District Governor Mitone Griffiths

At the inaugural meeting of our Club for the 2025-2026 term, incoming President Frank Yoke will introduce the Rotary International theme for the year, Unite for Good, and discuss its significance for our Club. President Frank and the new Board will outline their plans for the upcoming Rotary year.
At the same meeting, we are honored that 2025-2026 District 5150 Governor Mitone Griffiths will visit our Club to induct our new President and Board members and to share her theme, Every Piece Matters, and her vision for the new Rotary year.
Frank joined the Rotary Club of San Francisco in 2015. He served as President-Elect in 2024-2025, Vice President of International Services from 2022 to 2024, and Vice President of Development from 2016 to 2020. Frank also served as the Secretary of the San Francisco Rotary Foundation from 2018 to 2020 and again from 2023 to 2025. He has served as the Major Gifts Officer for District 5150 from 2023 to 2025. Frank was also a member of a Rotary club in Ambler, PA and the Rotary Club of Burlingame, CA.
Professionally, Frank has spent his career in Non-Profit Fundraising. He worked for the Boy Scouts of America for 41 years and is currently employed with the Serra Center as the Director of Development. Frank also serves the community as the Chair of the Salvation Army’s Kroc Center Advisory Council, a Board member of Alliance for Smiles, and on the Advisory Board of Building Education in Nepal.
Frank’s favorite Rotary projects include International Service, Excel Teachers Training, Polio Plus, and the Bike Build. In his personal life, he enjoys time and experiences with his wife Patsy and two children.
Mitone joined the Rotary Club of Half Moon Bay in 2005. She served as club president in 2013-2014, Assistant Governor from 2017 to 2019, Chief of Staff in 2019-2020, District Membership Chair from 2021 to 2024 and participates in various other district level committees. Mitone is the District Governor for San Mateo, San Francisco, and Marin counties for 2025-2026. In addition to her work with Rotary, she continues to serve as a ShelterBoxUSA Ambassador since 2014.
Mitone’s favorite projects include gardening for home-bound seniors and beach clean-ups. She has traveled to India for a Polio immunization campaign. She looks forward to joining other international projects specifically supporting women and children, micro-credit programs, and bringing clean water to communities.
Professionally, Mitone is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with Vantage Wealth Management helping women and families find clarity and confidence in their financial lives. In her personal life, she shares Rotary experiences with her family as she includes her husband and daughters into different Rotary events and projects. A few years ago, Mitone started back country backpacking with her girlfriends. She enjoys hiking, walking her dog on the coastal trail, hanging out with her family, and traveling.
This is a regular membership meeting of the Rotary Club of San Francisco, open to all Rotarians, visiting Rotarians, prospective members, and guests. Meeting Schedule: |

For in-person attendees: We welcome all attendees! The in-person registration cost for all adults and children is $45 until 11:59 AM on Friday, July 4, 2025. The meeting cost increases to $60 at noon and beyond on July 4, 2025 and includes any walk-ins on Tuesday, July 8.
The Hotel Nikko holds us to the headcount that we submit on Friday at noon, prior to our Tuesday meeting, whether those registered attend or not. In Rotary spirit, thanks for helping us to maintain a good relationship with our host hotel.
For attendance via Zoom: For those who wish to participate via Zoom, there is a $15 fee to attend.
Parking: If you are driving to the Hotel Nikko for this meeting, please leave your car with the Hotel Nikko valet. Pick up a validation sticker available at our check-in table. The discounted parking is $25 for three hours.
