In the first meeting of our Club's 2023-2024 year, incoming Club President Sunny Singh will introduce this year's Rotary International theme, Create Hope in the World, and what it means for our Club. President Sunny and the New Board will also share their plans for the new Rotary year.
Sunny joined the Rotary Club of San Francisco in 2017 and is proud to serve as President for the 2023-2024 year! He is an active member of the Rotary Whiskey Fellowship and has served as Vice President of Vocational Service and as President-Elect.
Professionally, Sunny is an independent financial advisor and runs his practice, PK Wealth Management, with Charles Schwab as the custodian and has held this career for 14 years now. Previously, he was Vice President and a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors. He helps manage assets for individuals, families, trusts, businesses, retirement plans, and charitable organizations. Through a long-term investment and planning-based approach, Sunny helps clients develop and implement investment strategies for building wealth and meeting their goals. His mission is to provide objective and timely financial advice and guidance — with the highest level of professional service — in helping build and preserve wealth for his clients. He also strives to provide corporate executives with financial independence and personal freedom by assisting them in making informed decisions with their investments and employer-related equity compensation.
Sunny earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Corporate Management from California State University East Bay. In 2022, he received a 40 under 40 award from his alma mater. Sunny also holds his CFP® designation, considered the highest fiduciary standard in the industry.
Born in India and living in the Bay Area since he was 9 years old, Sunny enjoys watching and going to Bay Area sporting events. His teams are the San Francisco 49ers, Warriors, and the SF Giants. He is also a big fan of grilling and barbecuing and enjoys riding his bike and hiking.
