SERVICE PROJECT: Trimester Two Awards Assembly at De Marillac Academy

Rotarians are invited to help restock school supplies as needed in each classroom before the Trimester Two Awards Assembly and pass out snacks to the entire student population following the Trimester Two Awards Assembly.
A group of five to eight volunteers is needed. Volunteers would arrive on campus by 12:30 PM. Eddie Espinoza will meet and greet the volunteers and take all on a quick tour of the school. Next, Assistant Director of Operations Anna Leberman will lead the volunteers to each classroom to restock supplies as needed.
After restocking the supplies, volunteers will go to the Boeddecker Theater to set up snacks for the Awards Assembly. The Awards Assembly is expected to conclude at 3 PM when volunteers will pass out snacks to the entire student population and then do a quick clean-up.
Rotarians will have opportunities to see the students, learn about the community, and get an inside look at student life at De Marillac Academy.
