SOCIAL EVENT: Asian Art Museum Exhibit Tour

Ticket sales have ended. If you would still like to attend, please contact President Frank. The Asian Art Museum welcomes you to their latest exhibit: New Japanese Clay. Our docent and an active member of the Rotary Club of San Francisco, Peggy Mathers, will guide us among the diverse forms, textures, and techniques of contemporary ceramics from Japan.
The tour begins at 5 PM, and the optional meal begins at 6 PM.
Tour: Ticket price for the tour is $20. Your tour ticket also gives you access to the general exhibits at the museum, and the museum will be open until 8 PM on this day if you'd like to explore more.
Meal: Prior to the Tour, you will pre-order and pay for your own meal from the Asian Box. The meal is optional and will be ready for pick-up immediately after the Tour. We will then dine together in a designated area at the Museum.
This event is open to all Rotarians and guests. Attendance for the tour and/or meal is capped at 50 people. Please register by Friday, October 3 as we need to provide our venue with final headcount numbers in advance.
Accessibility: The Asian Art Museum is ADA compliant. The museum does provide on-demand wheelchairs in the coat check area if helpful.
Parking: There are two parking garages within one block of the museum: Civic Center Garage (355 McAllister Street) and UC Law Parking Garage (376 Larkin Street).
BART: The Asian Art Museum entrance is only one block away from the Civic Center/UN Plaza BART Station.
