On March 18, 2023, Rotary District 5150 held its Spring for Rotary, a fundraiser for the Rotary International Foundation Annual Fund. This event complete with a mimosa reception, silent and live auctions, brunch, and celebration, was held at the lovely Marin Art and Garden Center and raised over $100,000 for the Annual Fund. With the beautiful flowers, hats including fascinators, and spring clothes all around, it did appear that spring had arrived.

Not pictured but attended were Eric and Stephanie Schmautz along with daughters Molly and Katie and District Governor-Elect Laine Hendricks.

However, the storms continue, and I have had one power outage after another. Rotary keeps on going though. Please view the Club calendar for upcoming events and committee meetings. Registration is required for all events so that we can plan accordingly and send you additional information as needed.

As of the publication of this issue, I have not received all of the information for the March 21, 2023 luncheon. The full story should be published in the next issue of Grindings
