Hello! It’s fall, and once again, it’s that time of year . . . EREY is back!! EREY stands for Every Rotarian Every Year. This fundraising campaign raises Annual Fund-SHARE and such funds get split between World Fund (international projects) and District Designated Funds (local projects) as well as a small allocation that’s set aside for light but necessary administration.
Please read on for the details, but keep in mind that you also might receive some funds as a prize too . . . up to $2,000!
How It Works
- For every $25 donation to the TRF Annual Fund-SHARE, you’ll receive one entry into a drawing. Donate $250 or more to receive 10 entries. Donations of all amounts are welcome and appreciated!
- There are no physical tickets. All entries will be logged on an EREY inventory worksheet (through October 30, 2026), and a random number generator will be used to select winners.
Drawing and Prizes
- The prizes will all be Visa Gift Cards. The Grand Prize is a $2,000 Visa Gift Card. There are 13 additional gift card prizes!
- Winners will be announced at the District 5150 Foundation Event at the San Francisco Zoo on November 7, 2026. Please register and join us at the SF Zoo. Note: You do not need to be present to win.

Your contributions to the Annual Fund-SHARE come back to our Club after three years and are generously re-invested in local and international club projects in our District! Think District Designated Funds (DDF)!

How to Participate
This is a two-step process involving: (1) a donation and (2) recording your donation for the optional raffle.

1. THREE WAYS TO DONATE
A. Online via my.rotary.org
Log in at my.rotary.org, select Donate, choose Annual Fund-SHARE, enter your amount, and submit. This is called Rotary Direct, and your gift will be instantly recorded in your donation history.
B. By Check to Club Treasurer Gary Dales
Make your check payable to Rotary Service, Inc. and include a note that the funds are for the TRF Annual Fund-SHARE. Mail the check to:

Please include your Rotary ID along with a 123-EN form (this form is a new requirement this year for checks mailed directly).

Ticket allocations are based on the donation amount you indicate to TRF’s Annual Fund-SHARE in $25 increments (e.g., $100 = 4 tickets). Amounts you will share with David Folk should reflect accurate giving intent in line with the Rotary Four-Way Test.
